When I first opened this laptop case, I was impressed by how sturdy and well-made it felt. The exterior is solid and durable, while the interior is soft and protective, with straps to keep the laptop securely in place. It fits my laptop perfectly, and I feel confident knowing it would take the impact if it were to fall off a shelf. The build quality is excellent, and it does exactly what you’d want from a protective case. Hard outside and soft inside so it won't scratch your computer or anything. What I didn’t expect was how versatile it would be. I’ve been using it as a flat surface when working in bed, and it’s firm enough to support my wireless mouse and mouse pad, which is a nice bonus. As someone who owns multiple laptops, I’ve tried a variety of cases, and this one stands out for its combination of durability and functionality. this is a pretty sturdy case, but it also feels soft enough where it can absorb impact if i drop it. the case fits my asus tuf laptop perfectly. the zipper feels sturdy and good quality and this is worth it’s price so far. the only think i’d say to think about is that if u plan on putting this in your backpack then make sure it fits. i have an average sized backpack and this barely fits but it’ll work

This case fits my laptop perfectly. I have the "Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 14-inch", which is what this product is advertised to fit, but I assume it would also fit similarly sized laptops - just check the dimensions before buying. Why I like it and why I withheld a 5-star review is as follows: PROS: - it is a hard case with a felt inner lining - which makes me think it will do a relatively good job of dissipating impacts to the computer - it also has straps so that the open case will stay upright, in case you want to use your computer in the case itself. - there are also two diagonal elastic straps inside the case that will hold your laptop nicely in place. CON: - Although it is a hard case, when I press on the outer surface it has some give to it. This makes me believe that if I pressed too hard down on the case or placed something too heavy on top of it, it absolutely would be able to exert pressure and potentially crush my laptop. Be careful with what you're placing this case into and what you're placing on top of it.

These were sort of recommended to me -- not this specific item. I've been impressed by how the shell protects the computer much better than standard soft sleeves, and this fits into a larger backpack. It's like an offensive lineman for ASUS Zenbooks.
