The hair is definitely not stiff and it is very manageable. I’ve changed into 4 different styles in less than a week!!! It was minimum shedding/hair loss and it did not smell bad at all. The media could not be loaded. This year was beautiful, but it sheds terribly. It has the ability to be flat iron and it seems to me like it’s a synthetic blend, but it was still soft. My issue was just the shedding. The length was true to size, and it had no smell, which was perfect for me.
