Why I ordered this item: I've always been a huge fig fan but I don't buy them often because of how expensive they are. When this showed up on Vine I jumped on it. Likes: * First off, this is a generous portion of dried organic figs for the price. * These taste spectacular. They are sweet and delicious. * I'm a texture person, and the texture on these is almost perfect. My grandfather used to get these Armenian figs when I was a kid and these are almost identical in terms of taste and texture. I have not been able to find anything that has come close to those Armenian figs and I'm not sure where he used to source those. No likes: * None Would I pay full price for this product: Yes these are a steal. Final thoughts: A little piece of my childhood! I like to cut these up and then eat them with walnuts. It makes me think of my grandfather and the time I spent with him as a kid before he passed away.

I love figs, but the window when you can get them fresh is very narrow. I had tried dried figs before with mixed results. Most of them were too dry and had tough skin. The Biomey Organic Certified Sun-Dried Turkish Smyrna Figs are different. They are perfect. The skin is not too tough, and the internal part is quite soft and juicy (as much as dried figs can be). They also taste delicious, and knowing that they are organic gives me peace of mind. I was surprised to see that they have no sulfur added and are still that soft. The price is also great for organic figs. Even though the bag is 2.5lbs, I am sure it will not last us very long, since everyone sneaks by the bags and takes one or two as a sweet treat. The overriding consensus in my household is that these have to become pantry staples.

I’ve had varying experiences with fried figs perhaps I’ve been trying different variations of figs without knowing… but I found these figs to be delicious and probably some of the best kinds I’ve tried. These figs, although dried, were plump, round and perhaps even larger than the ones I tried previously. They were still moist in the center and had an almost jam like consistency in the center. It wasn’t too hard on the outside as well, it was easy to bite off (I’ve had experiences where I had to test the strength of my to pull apart the skin) and best of all - they were sweet! I’ve only tried a handful but all of them were a hit and tasted sweet and jammy with the addictive crunchiness of the seeds. I would definitely choose this over other brands, especially the ones I’ve had before ! I love the texture, sweetness and the crunchiness.

The quality of these Organic Sun-Dried Turkish Smyrna Figs is great. Each fig is plump, soft, and naturally sweet. You can really taste the difference compared to cheaper figs. These have that rich, honey-like flavour that Smyrna figs are known for. I like that they are organic, unsulphured, and have no added sugar or preservatives. I enjoy them on their own as a snack, chopped into oatmeal, rehydrated and blended into fruit bars, or paired with cheese and nuts for a more indulgent treat. The 2.5 lb bag is a generous size and pretty good value. It is resealable, which keeps the figs tasting and smelling fresh. They are easy to use, clean, and natural, making them a guilt-free superfood I can share with my whole family.

My family loves dried figs and we're always looking for healthy snacks that taste good without a bunch of added stuff. When I saw these were organic Turkish Smyrna figs with no sugar added, figured they'd be perfect for us. We've been trying them for 3 days now and honestly the quality is amazing. Easy to tell these are high-grade figs from Turkey. They're soft, naturally sweet, and super rich in flavor. Way better texture than some other brands I've gotten that were hard or dry. The whole family can tell the difference in quality compared to what we usually get from the store. Exactly what the description promised and then some.

This was my first time trying Turkish Smyrna figs, and the flavor is distinctly different from the figs I get in the southern United States. They’re not as sugary, but they have a deep, jammy richness. Texture-wise they lean chewy-moist rather than dry, which makes them easy to slice into oatmeal or yogurt without rehydrating. Microwaving for a few seconds makes them soft enough to cut and mash into some buttered toast. The bag is 2.5 pounds and feels like a good value; eating 3–4 each morning, I expect it to last about a month. Freshness seems good. Overall, I'm really happy with them.

Delicious source of fiber that sure beats that bowl of bran, no doubt about it. While definitely a good value for organic figs, two and a half pounds is a LOT of figs especially when their best by date is March 17, 2026, just five and a half months away. I'll give it my best shot though, lol. The figs are chewy but pleasantly so because, even though they're dried, they're fresh. They have a natural, concentrated sweetness that I like even better than those Newton cookies, which I like quite a lot but tend to avoid because they do have quite a bit of added sugar.
