It has been a very frustrating experience. All I wanted was a tracker to help me with my health goals—specifically, tracking my steps and calories burned. The prospect of having convenient access to my phone information was appealing. However, the setup process has turned into a drawn-out, complicated ordeal. The watch provides one set of instructions... download an app. "Glorify" Which brings discomfort because personal info is required and you never know. Then asking for help the instructions in here with amazon provides a completely different set—instructions with advise you have to follow carefully to avoid unexpected charges. I am not technologically illiterate; I have been working with computers for 14 years. Yet... this watch simply doesn't make things easy for the purpose for which it is intended. Also you can't change the set screen of the clock in military hours, I understand but I don't need that. When I request help the respond was unfortunately the set up like but when the app I need to download to ask them is any other devices to help with that...I don't think so....If you looking for something simple to help with daily simple exercise routine to be easy and manageable to me this is not the adequate. Probably, for other people will be but is wasn't for me... ... show more

Step count does not work at all. Overall it is a decent watch for the price. You get what you paid for just wish the step count actually worked. It continuously says 0 steps

I've always wanted a smart watch but didn't want to spend over $300 for one. This one is perfect for me and the price is nice. It's good quality and easy to setup, just scan the QR code and follow directions. Does pretty much everything an expensive one does. I'm amazed with the call quality, crystal clear. You can change the faces through the app or even add a picture for your watch face display. The heart rate is pretty accurate, the size of the screen is perfect and bright enough with just half brightness level. The battery lasts long!
