This smart watch (or fitness band) looks good and is available at an excellent price. I really like the way the bands attach to it and its watch face size and watch band size are perfect for my relatively small wrist. Unfortunately I could never get it to pair with the QWatch Pro app on my Samsung Galaxy S21+. I could get it to pair with the phone, but then it was never recognized by the app. There is a separate set of instructions on the website on how to pair only with the app (after first unpairing with the phone, removing the watch as a bluetooth device on the phone, rebooting both watch and phone, etc.). After reading about other users having problems with that app and the S21 or S21+ phones, I emailed customer service asking if another app is available. Customer service's email response never answered my question nor another one about the availability of the manual via a download because the print is so small. The reply simply repeated the alternate pairing scenario. I conclude that it may well be a terrific watch but the software is not compatible with using it on a Samsung S21+. Given the problem is known, it should have been identified in the product description. And also look first at the Google Play reviews of QWatch Pro before committing to this phone -- many are awful, but it's also true that most smart watch software gets very poor reviews there. I have returned the watch. UPDATE: Originally gave one-star review and have now upgraded to four stars due to the courtesy of their customer service in contacting me after my review, letting me know what they are doing to improve their product, and offering a small gift card as compensation for my time/trouble and feedback to them that they found helpful. ... show more

Saw this for a great price, and read some of the reviews and decided to try it out for the very low price. Well, after the first week, I'm pretty happy with it. Took a minute to get it to work right, didn't seem to want to charge at first, but I stayed with it and was rewarded. same with the app and pairing with my android phone. Don't know what I was doing wrong at first, just kept with it and eventually got everything working right. I was actually just looking for a reasonably accurate heart rate monitor to track heart rate during workouts, etc. and got quite a bit more for my money. My wife is addicted her Apple Watch and the steps function, good for her, but I refuse to be a slave to such a thing. I have a good idea of what is going on during my workouts, and don't need a daily step goal to motivate me. This was more of a verify what I thought purchase, and I have a watch collection that I like to switch out each day, so there is no way I'm wearing this thing 24/7 to track everything, but if that's you, take a shot with this budget friendly smartwatch. As I said, so far so good, even with a little abuse of wearing it during my post workout reward steamroll & sauna sessions. As I suspected, 20 minutes in a 180 + degree sauna keeps my heart rate up after a workout, kind of a bonus cardio thing...good to know. Yes, I'm happy I bought it and yes, I recommend it. I recently purchased this smartwatch and needless to say, I am impressed for what it can do at the price point it is at. With normal use and overnight charging I’m able to monitor my steps throughout the day and see my heart rate as well. It notifies me about any calls and texts coming through which saves me a few seconds everyday since I no longer have to pull out my phone. Connecting to it was easy following the instructions on the inside no problem. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with the watch. Not to mention it’s relatively low profile and doesn’t hurt my day to day style. I definitely recommend if you’re interested in getting a smartwatch and not wanting to splurge! ... show more

Pros: -You can personalize the interface. Even font color. -App is very hands on -The music interface syncs with audiobooks on audible and libby. -It sends you the cutest little trophies when you reach milestones. -Calories burned is consistent with my elliptical and treadmill -Meets my expectations because I mainly wanted a pedometer. Cons: -This thing has no idea when I go to sleep. I go to bed early. Like 8:30. The sleep tracker kicks in around midnight. I get up at 4:30am for work. Sometimes it'll say I'm lightly sleeping at 5am when I'm eating breakfast. BUT....it absolutely catches when I wake up in the night. Every time. -Steps aren't super accurate during working out. This watch is regularly 200-400 steps behind the steps on my treadmill (which I know are accurate). Behind for both walking and running. -The watch cannot differentiate between sitting down and standing in place. When I'm on my feet at work, it'll send me sedentary reminders to tell me I need some activity. Despite the fact I'm lifting. -I had to shut off the messenger feature. Reason being, if I had three chat heads open, it would send me 3 notifications telling me I could message, then a reminder for each message I had. Now. Repeat that 4x alert for EVERY MESSAGE you receive. I just had to shut it off. -Despite the fact I changed the time to 12h format...it'll still tell me the times I fell asleep and woke up in 24 h format. It's not perfect. But it gives you a good idea about your activity. A good choice for those who want to add in some activity every day. A good choice for teenagers or college students. But not something I'd select for a serious athlete. ... show more

First one I received was DOA. Amazon quickly sent a replacement, so no worries there. I had no trouble syncing it to my Samsung (android) phone. I like the functionality and the ability to customize the interface. However, I can't figure out how to get it to sync to my location to get the right weather data, nor does it even say what city's weather it is showing, so I had to just hide that from the display. Maybe it only works with certain weather apps? ... show more
