I really liked this watch, it is elegant and very feminine, but it works for any gender. I previously had another one but it didn't do many of the things that this watch has. It is very easy to use, but it can measure your blood pressure. I am young and hypertensive. It measures blood oxygen, heart rate, breathing, among other functions. If you are into fitness or are going to start in this world and want to see your results, calories, etc., I highly recommend it.
