So I ordered my watch a few days ago. Everything worked great the first day. It's super easy to set up and use. It looks great, feels good on, made well. Unfortunately the second day it started to have some issues with tlsysyong connected to my phone and the "shake awake" feature stopped working, meaning I had to pust the button every time just to see the time. Requested a replacement and it worked great for the first hour. Shake awake is again not working already. And yes, it's on. But I guess for the price, it's a small inconvenience. Otherwise it's a great watch with great features for the price you pay. ... show more

    • Great features! Super Value! Replaced a Fitbit, for good!
I've had Fitbits since they first came out. The last one I had lasted less than 2 yrs ! A Sense model that cost over $300! Fitbit's quality has taken a nose dive! I refuse to pay another couple of hundred dollars to have a device that I can't trust to work. It wouldn't charge, they sent me a new charger. It quit. Finally the watch quit. I found this smart watch by doing a Google search ( funny because Google now owns Fitbit!) and this one has a lot of the same features and cost 1/6th the price! I am thrilled with this watch! I can't wait to tell all my friends! I also want to help all of the disappointed and disillusioned Fitbit owners(just like me) by sharing this watch with them! I believe they'll be just as thrilled with this smart watch as I am! Don't spend another dime on the big name! Save your money and replace those Failing Fitbits with this beauty! (Much prettier too) I got the light pink. The frame and metal clasp is more of a rose gold. That's fine with me. The quality is top notch! It also has a bigger screen than the Fitbit Sense model I had. There's a really pretty grey model with a silver frame and a black one with a black frame. Wanted to love this watch. It has so many cool features. But we can't enjoy them because it dies after less than an hour after a full charge. Not sure if I received a bad one what but I can't find any way to contact seller and of course I already threw away the packaging.

In the beginning I loved this watch because of the price, ease of use, ability to sync with both Android and IOS devices. I also loved that it included heart rate monitoring and the ability to make and answer calls however after 1 year of use the speaker completely stopped working.
