One feature that has proven to be particularly useful is the notification system. After I had successfully linked the watch to my phone, the notifications that were coming in displayed without any problems and provided me with sufficient information to determine whether or not I needed to check my phone immediately. In situations where stopping to pick up my phone would have been distracting, such as when I was working, walking, or cooking, this was a convenient option for me to have. Notifications typically appeared without any discernible delay, and the connection remained stable throughout the typical daily use of the device. I also appreciated that I could peek at the watch throughout the day rather than having to frequently open multiple applications on my phone. This prevented me from having to constantly switch between apps. It provided me with a straightforward summary of my activities and made it much simpler for me to keep track of the amount of distance I had traveled. Because it was simple and involved very little work on my side, the step tracking was the one that I used the most often. I bought it for my husband to use for a while, and he finds the daily exercise tracking quite useful. It automatically records walking and running data, and even with a busy work schedule, he can roughly know his daily activity level, which helps remind him to move more. For health monitoring, he most often looks at his heart rate and sleep patterns. Changes in sleep quality are immediately noticeable. Although it's not for medical use, it's very convenient as a daily reference and makes it easier to adjust his sleep schedule. Additionally, it's very convenient for answering calls and checking messages, eliminating the need to constantly take out the phone. This is especially useful when driving or exercising. The setup process was a little frustrating, and the connection occasionally dropped while syncing with my phone.
