This is such a nice smart ring. It’s quick to charge. The battery has a decent lasting life. The charger is super easy and small easily carried in your purse or in luggage if you’re traveling to ensure that you keep a good charge. The smart ring track your health. I’m sure there’s a way that would also track sleep and things and you can probably even link them to items like Apple health or possibly even you’re my chart account with your doctors office. The value for the money is very good. They are currently comparing my sleep study to it to see how accurate it actually is so we’ll probably update it a later date. It looks nice it’s stylish. This is the coolest ring! Charges SO FAST and the battery lasts a long time. I like that it tells you your heart rate, steps and BP. Connects to a super easy app to use with it and keeps your data. This was also my perfect size Nd fits me well and it isn’t too heavy for my finger and is comfortable.
