1. Took me awhile to get the device to be seen in the app. 2. I didn’t read until the next morning, hen there was no sleep data, that it wasn’t ‘connected’ even though it was shown in the list. There were no instructions to do this step 3. The user manual is very short and didn’t newer lol my questions, and I’ve worn another brand before. 4. There is a help section in the app, BUT all the information is specific to wearing a wrist device not a ring. UPDATE 1. The ring is thicker than others and uncomfortable to wear 2. Doesn’t seem to function correctly/at all-tired of trying to figure it out.

I’ve been wearing this ring daily (except for showering) since October, and it is very comfortable and fits perfectly. It’s low-profile and doesn’t look like a health tracker, which I really like. The app is easy to use and syncs perfectly with iOS, so connecting the ring to your phone is a breeze. The charging case works well, and the battery lasts about 5 days before needing a full charge. Tracking results are mixed. Blood pressure readings are impressively accurate, often almost identical to what I get at the doctor’s office. However, other metrics, particularly steps, are inconsistent and usually too low. Because of this, I wouldn’t rely on it as my only health tracking device—it’s more of a supplement than a replacement. In terms of durability, the ring hasn’t turned my finger green or tarnished, even with frequent hand washing and sanitizer, so it’s at least somewhat waterproof. It has picked up some scratches from daily wear, but no dents, which is impressive considering I’m not careful with my hands. Overall, it’s a well-made, comfortable device with some strong features. The inconsistent tracking keeps me from giving it a higher rating, but it remains a nice low-profile health tracker with good comfort and battery life.
