I’ve tried a few smart rings before this one and was never fully happy—either the battery life fell short or the apps felt clunky and unnecessarily complicated. This ring stood out right away. It’s very reasonably priced for the features you get, and the app is feature-loaded while still being clean, straightforward, and easy to navigate. I’ve been wearing it for about a week now and barely notice it’s on my finger. The battery life has been excellent so far. I’ve gone over three days on a single charge and only put it on the charger when it was still around 25%, so it easily could’ve lasted longer, but I tend to charge early. The advertised average 4-day battery life feels very accurate. The design is sleek and modern, and it’s been a seamless addition to my daily routine. Feature-wise, it’s honestly comparable to the Oura Ring, but without the subscription fees, which is a huge plus. The app shows all the important information ~ steps, continuous heart rate, blood oxygen levels, sleep quality, cycle tracking, and multisport activity, without overwhelming you with unnecessary clutter. It’s also very convenient day to day. The IP68 waterproof rating means I don’t have to take it off when washing my hands or showering. It connects quickly via Bluetooth, works smoothly with the iOS Apple operating system, and the data charts are clear and easy to understand. I really wanted to love this smart ring, but unfortunately the core features haven’t been reliable for me. The sleep tracking is inconsistent and often doesn’t match my actual sleep times. Heart rate readings seem off compared to other devices I use, and the stress level data doesn’t feel accurate or helpful. Since these are the main reasons I purchased the ring, it’s been disappointing. The design is nice and it’s comfortable to wear, but accuracy matters most for a health-focused device, and this one falls short.
