I had them installed by electrician - so I cannot speak to ease of install. Used the app to connect to them. I purchased a 12 pack , you need to connect to each light and do a software/firmware update . Afterward - works well. Without app control , light is 10k white bright - use the app to bring the tone to more of a regular lighting color. Easy to do red, blue. Green etc as well - tested , works well . ... show more

Used the lights for our patio! They work great and very bright when wanted. Didnโ€™t think I would use the color features, but dimming the lights a nice blue is perfect for the late night. I do wish the lights also came with some type of remote that can be mounted in addition to the app. Alexa voice controls donโ€™t always work the best and it would be nice for others to control the lights when needed. ... show more

I was skeptical as there are so many brands of these lights on amazon. I picked these as they had a separate controller that was easy to configure. Lights are well made, super bright, colors are amazing and the app interface is easy to use. My kids love them. Customer service was amazing.
