Honestly, it surprised me more than I expected. I bought it with the idea of tracking my daily steps and making sure I was moving enough, but I ended up using it for much more. The first thing I noticed was how light and comfortable it is; I barely feel like I'm wearing it, which is ideal for wearing it all day, even while I sleep. One of the features that has been most useful to me is the sleep monitoring. I would wake up tired without knowing why, and thanks to the data the watch gives me, I realized that my deep sleep was very short. Since then, I've made changes and I really feel more rested. The battery is also a strong point. It lasts about a week on a single charge, even though I constantly use it to log workouts, receive phone notifications, and check my heart rate. Speaking of workouts, the accompanying app is quite comprehensive: I can view my stats, set goals, and even compete against myself. This motivates me to keep moving, especially on days when I'm feeling weaker. In short, I never thought such a small device could have such an impact on my daily habits. Not only does it help me stay active, but it also makes me more aware of my overall health.

This activity tracker is simple yet is jam packed with features more than what other pricey wrist sport bands have. The app is easy to use, you just scan the QR code in the instruction manual and it’ll direct you to the app that pairs with the band- and from there you could access all of your health statistics! The heart rate is quite accurate and the way it takes blood pressure, it is very useful info to have right at your own fingertips! Also, it tracks sleep which is nice! The battery also lasts long it seems! I’ve had my band on for about a week or more now and it’s at 88%! Haven’t charged since I got it! 💪

The Smart Health Wrist Band is a twist on watches that offer similar health tracking information. Pros: * The band protects the tracker as it wraps around your wrist. * You get 2 bands. 1 rubber. 1 cloth. * Seems to track as accurately as my Google fit phone app does. Cons: * Getting the band on was a little tricky but my 6th grader helped me figure it out. I'll use it for a few more weeks and update this is needed.

I honestly didn’t expect much at this price, but this tracker really surprised me. It’s accurate with steps and heart rate, and the sleep tracking has actually helped me improve my routine. It feels super light on the wrist and comes with an extra band which is a nice touch. The app is simple and easy to use. I’ve even worn it in the shower with no issues. I was really in the market for a Whoop Band but had no desire to pay their silly subscription fees when I just wanted activity, heart rate, and maybe sleep tracking. A couple observations about this one: It comes on a silicone strap and also has a velcro strap in the box. Throw the silicone one away, it's useless. The velcro strap is comfortable and stays in place, just not sure how long it will last. So far, this tracker and its app seem very good. I do question the accuracy of the data, there's a lot of info gathered by this inexpensive little device and there doesn't seem to be a lot of variance. But the activity tracker is reliable and I'll continue to test things like heart rate, BP, pulse ox, etc. So far, worth the price.

Changing my review due to ineffective product. Product worked okay for a very short time and no longer works correctly, which led me to return it. The product was lightweight and felt good to wear. The touted features sounded good but in reality they didn't work as described. The accuracy went downhill quickly. Further, when setting up the app it requests access to your messages and phone records. Why does a seller need to access such? Very sketchy tactic to get your personal data—no company needs this. This is why I use a burner phone for things that require apps.
