Wouldn’t recommend… after 3 months of use… battery has reduced to requiring charge every 4-5 days after lasting for 7+ when new. The sleep information is intermittent, does not always register and when it does, the times are not accurate. Battery at 35%, just woke up and after refreshing/syncing, indicates “0.0” sleep for the night. Blood pressure and pulse are not accurate, measurements when working out are minimally increased. Pulse is verifiable higher through manual measurement. Recommend searching for another option.

For me it didn’t track my stats properly. This product mainly had Chinese and Japanese users, which worries me about my information being stolen.

I use this ring to check blood pressure. It takes 30 seconds to give me a reading. When I checked it against my doctor's office sphygmometers, the systolic was right on, and the diastolic was off 1 point. While the other measurements are of less interest to me, they are accurate. The battery lasts 8 days.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Sleep tracking doesn't seem to be working properly. My Apple Watch will show 7 hours of sleep but the ring shows only 3 or 4. I've tried several fingers to see if maybe it's just not getting the connection it needs but that doesn't seem to help. Disappointed.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Size is pretty close, feels good and lightweight... And that's about it. It was difficult to connect to the app, kept disconnecting no matter what I did. When it was connected, whatever the description says it monitors isn't correct. Only 2 measurements, not all the others the website says. Returned the same day I received it.

Really impressed with this especially for the price. I bought it for sleep monitor. And it works like a champ. Graphed my light sleep, deep sleep, and REM and told me whether that pattern was good or not. Has several other functions too but the sleep monitor alone is worth the price.
