The Milavan 2.0 ring is a cost-effective solution for tracking daily health metrics. The app was easy to install and pair to the ring, and it's a huge plus to me that there's no subscription fee at all unlike other brands. A full charge usually lasts me about 5 days, and it recharges quickly. The detailed information I get about sleep quality has really helped me understand my sleep patterns and definitely tracks with how I feel in the mornings. The app's home screen shows everything at a glance, but I wish I didn't have to toggle to a different screen to see my ring's battery life. It does, however, put an alert on the home screen when the battery life gets low enough. I like being able to adjust the settings with how frequently to monitor different health factors. There's also a "find my device" button on the app that you can use to help locate a missing ring if it's not too far away. The ring isn't too heavy but it did take me a little adjusting to since it's a little wider than a standard band. Were I to buy again, I would have thought more about which finger I really wanted it on and maybe sized for my pointer finger. All in all, I would recommend this ring if you're looking to learn more about your health, don't want a monthly subscription, and want a device that is simple to use. ... show more
