It’s not 925 sterling as it says. It has changed colors. I gifted this to husband for his birthday of early this month. It made my husband neck green. It looks to be made out of copper and silver plated . I’m disappointed with it. I’m never buying again from this seller.

I want to preface this review by saying the product photos make this chain look much thicker and heavier than it actually is. The width isn’t listed, but I’d estimate it at around 4mm. That’s important because the advertising leans very masculine, almost giving the impression of a heavier Cuban-style chain, and that’s not really what this is. The listing calls this a “Maxcate” chain, which I assumed meant a thicker, more masculine style chain based on the photos, but in person it’s much more refined and lightweight. It feels more like a longer, sleeker unisex or feminine-leaning chain rather than a chunky men’s statement necklace. It looks great on the model in the listing because it’s styled well, but personally, I wouldn’t buy this for my husband expecting that heavier look. Now, setting the marketing aside, the chain itself is actually really nice. The Figaro link design is classic and stylish without being too flashy, and it has enough weight to feel substantial while still staying comfortable. It’s not flimsy or cheap-feeling, which I appreciated. It lays smoothly against the skin and doesn’t snag or twist awkwardly throughout the day. The 925 sterling silver is another plus. It has a nice shine without looking overly polished or fake, and it’s comfortable enough for all-day wear because the links are smooth and flexible instead of stiff. I think the biggest thing here is expectation versus reality. If you’re expecting a thick, bold masculine chain from the photos and wording, you may be disappointed. But if you’re looking for a more refined, wearable Figaro chain with a lighter and more elegant look, it’s actually very pretty and well-made for that style. Money wise, at the time of this review - it’s $37.00 - which is a good price for a 925 chain.

This is actually a very nice chain, I was incredibly apprehensive initially, but I feel like I’ve been proven wrong. It appears to be real silver, and hasn’t turned my skin green or anything like that. I’ve been wearing it for almost 2 weeks and have not noticed any changes in the material or noticeable scratches or wear. The clasp is very durable and feels very snug on. I do dislike that my hair gets caught in it a little bit And I occasionally need to pull out a piece of my hair that is wrapped around the clasp itself. It is true to size, and comes as advertised. Overall, very pleased!
