I have an Oura ring for comparison but my trial period ran out so I renewed for another month while I evaluated this alternative. I have the 2.0 model in this ring, silver color, size 13 (big man hands). First week I've found it very good, exceeding expectations so far. The activity tracking (steps) is pretty accurate to my Oura ring and Apple Watch, within 10% at the end of the day. This is an acceptable variance because all devices track things a little differently. Heart rate and blood O2 seem spot-on accurate. Blood pressure is nice, but I can't tell how accurate it is because I do not think my Oura ring has that function. Sleep tracking is good, however it seems to reset at midnight and count hours from there until wake-up time. I am usually in bed a couple hours before midnight so I think I'm missing some sleep data due to the hours asleep before midnight. This might be a setting that I need to uncover and figure out. App is much more simple than Oura. Less fluff. I think Oura might have a couple more features than this ring (like cycle tracking for women) but I don't need that at all. Oura's app is more complex, I like this app much better. Battery life so far is good. about 4 days between charges, but it charges fast so pop it in the charger when you get a shower and you should never need to worry about running out of battery. Fit and finish is excellent, it seems durable and very difficult to scratch. Also very comfortable on the hand. It is a touch narrower than the Oura ring, and the outer diameter is just about exactly the same. In the attached photos, the Oura is the black ring and the 2.0 is the silver one. You can see how the 2.0 is a bit narrower thank the Oura which I like.

Just enough information to give you insight to the important areas of your health. The app was a little tricky to install. You'll need to use the app named 'H Ring' from the playstore if you have an android phone. The instructions are not clear about that. I'm still trying to figure out how to calibrate the blood pressure stats. The say elevated when it is not elevated. And the heart rate sometimes makes no sense or I must be near death when sleeping at 20 bpm lol! Normally I know I'm at 60 bpm. Still, trying to figure a few things out. Also, there's no alert that you battery is near depleted so, there’s that other con. We'll see. I think the app needs an update.

I have been wearing this ring for a month now and so far it’s been great. Set up was fast and easy and the health tracking seems to be pretty accurate. I recommend sizing up, as I bought my normal size to wear on my pointer finger and it did not fit so I have to wear on my middle finger. I do like the matte color of the gold, the look is really nice. The only issue I see so far is the charge on the ring only lasts about 24 to 30 hours. I do not wear this ring in water normally and have only washed my hands with it on a couple of times and there have been no issues.

Honestly, I can’t find an issue with this ring. I had a problem with the measuring system to figure out my ring size…but I’m super dyslexic especially with numbers, lol. (Go two sizes up.) I love this wayyyyyy more than a smart watch. The app is easy to use, the information is accurate as far as I can tell. It’s super stylish too! I have some chronic health issues, and I’m thankful for the long battery life to be able to consistently measure everything.

I received this yesterday and started with checking the blood pressure. It was very off from my blood pressure monitor (20 points below the systolic/upper number and 10 below the diastolic/lower number), misleading me to think it was normal when it was actually slightly elevated. The heart rate was also very off (20 beats lower), and it only tracked 3 hours of my sleep for some reason. It looks nice and set up was easy, but I will be returning this product to hopefully find one that actually gives accurate data.

So far so good. It’s a perfect fit and easy to charge (although I had to figure it out lol) charges quickly. Plus it’s a cute inexpensive way to monitor my heart rate as well as my calories. I didn’t want to pay 400 for an original. So this works for me. Plus it’s cute and not overly shiny. 👌🏾✨🙃😬
