I love the treadmill so far! I haven’t tried the app yet but only because I have ab Apple Watch. The screen is touch screen AND they are great at responding. I has reached out because one of the parts didn’t fit correctly and they responded quickly. I am 245lb roughly, 5’7 woman and it holds my weight. Update on 02/02/23 - I have been getting electrocuted from the side of the treadmill by the arms. Its near the electrical part of the touch screen as you see in the picture where you can rest your arms which is annoying as when im working out it electrocutes me. Not sure how that would fair once you were to start running, what if sweat drips on my hand and makes it worse? Sucks its a safety hazard. Also - it makes SOOO much noise while working out, I have placed it now ontop of a yoga mat to try to cut the noise down but even then its very loud. Something to keep in mind when buying if you live in apartment buildings. I give it a 2 now because it cost way too much money to be a hazard and to be noisey. Also in terms of holding my weight - the treadmill doesn't move all the way as I didnt notice it the first week but with using it everyday for like 1 hour I notice it does sway a little but I have the speed only at 2.0 mph keep in mind. ALSO the miles cant be adjusted on the touchscreen to be 2.5 or 2.4 for example it will only go in intervals of 1. so the options are 1.0mph, 2.0mph,3.0mph or 4 etc, its either a slower walk or a brisk run, not the best Update on 02/21/23- I contacted the seller and they were able and willing to understand the issue and offer a resolution to it. This little thing is perfect. I’m 5’11 and 250 pounds and the treadmill is soooo sturdy! Super easy to put together. The watch isn’t working for me like everyone else says in the reviews. That’s no problem though since I use my Apple Watch anyway.

(Buy this!!!) I live in a small apartment with 2 kids. So I wanted something easy to put away but also worth while. I want to move my body more. It came super fast first of all, and the assembly was very easy. I haven’t used the watch yet. So I won’t comment on that. I am roughly 330 lbs. (I know weight limit says 300 but it holds me just fine) I did use it for 5 mins on a speed of 2 which is the speed I normally warm up with. It isn’t loud at all. It is very sturdy and sleek. The treadmill came with a heartfelt letter that made me want to leave this review. I hope if you’re looking, you buy this one!! And thank you, starpower.     • Amazon cannot service what they sell / Tread Mill is Great
Previous reviews stated that SellerYDZJY was responsive and Amazon was helpful. Treadmill is great. I'm 300 lbs and it works great for me. However, the APP band did not work at all. When I contacted AMAZON for support, their answer was to return the treadmill for refund or replacement. This thing is heavy and bulky. It was deliverd by AMAZON in a contractor BOX TRUCK with two me to carry it. The app band by no means is a deal breaker but it is advertised with the machine. UPDATE: Contacted STARPOWER directly. They are sending me a new APP Band free of charge. Now why couldn't Amazon do that. As I said in the Headline, the treadmilis great. I weight just over 300 lbs and it handles me perfectly. ... show more

Assembly was easy. Treadmill works pretty good so far. The problem is the app band does not work and Amazon is absolutely no help.

Update. I contacted the seller. They resolved the issue. Treadmill arrived on time. Heavy in box once assembled easy to handle. Yet to test the running capacity. The band is not working, tried to contact customer service. No use they are saying to return the whole item. Whats the point in it.

Treadmill so far is cool. The smart band doesn't work, that is all! It does not turn on even after charging it (if it was charging) overnight! Treadmill cool for now. No complaints except for the band not working.

Treadmill is great __________________________ Price is beyond fantastic __________________________ Customer service is luxurious __________________________ This was a great purchase and experience. My doctor has been wanting me to get a treadmill for years. Wants me to use for 40 minutes per day at 3mph. I don't use it everyday, maybe 3 days a week, but i usually walk on it for a lot longer. It's not just good for your body, it clears your head. Only issue I had was that the included bracelet never turned on. >>>> I only messaged the company via Amazon .... after three weeks .... the company that sells these responded 14 minutes later after I sent my message. I just got my new bracelet in the mail. I haven't even gone to bed since then. For the price it's really awesome, and I would recommend with or without the bracelet. ... show more
