I love this lock. I use it on my garage/shop, and I am just now recharging it for the first time (after owning it for 11 months.) I probably only lock/unlock it 2-4 times a week, but recharging once every year or so, is awesome. And it’s USB-C instead of some goofy proprietary cable that you’ll lose cause you don’t need it often. The app is easy to use, intuitive, from what I remember. I honestly haven’t even had to open it since I first set up the lock. The fact that a physical backup key exists is great. The fingerprint reader works flawlessly, I have never had a problem with it, even when my hands are pretty dirty from working on a car or something, it instantly clicks and unlocks on my finger. The lock itself is hefty, and feels as strong or stronger than a comparable MasterLock. I have a different fingerprint lock (purchased around the same time) that is a little less expensive, but it feels cheap and the shackle is super thin. The neoprene cover that it comes with is a really nice touch too, and it has a little plug built in for the USB-C port to keep dirt and water out. I honestly don’t leave a lot of Amazon reviews, but Prezlock nailed it with this lock. It is exactly what you’d want, easy to setup, easy to use, reliable, and built solid. Very sturdy construction and materials. It’s quite large for a padlock so it’s not very suitable for a locker. I use mine a a travel trunk that sometimes rides on top of my car.

Very disappointed lock does not work it hasn’t even been a year yet spent 80 bucks for a hunk of metal that I can even use with the key it will not charge and because it won’t charge it won’t even lock so I can use the key there is no one to get a hold of to talk to about it wast of money a lot of money ... show more
