    • two good batteries for X-T5
The batteries work just fine in my new X-T5, but the charger is such an added bonus considering the camera doesn't come with anything more than a USB cable for charging. This one charges up the original battery as well as the included batteries, and it's nice because it has a built-in USB cable. You can also charge it with USB-C if you want, but it doesn't seem to go a lot faster. The confusing thing is that there's only one battery display, so it alternates between battery one and two. Not a big deal, but it seems like it would have been pretty easy to design the display to constantly show an indicator for both slots. Small and light, what's not to like? ... show more

I was going to get 2 Fujifilm batteries before I went on a long trip but they were out of stock everywhere. Since these had a charger and two batteries for a great price I gave them a chance. I would buy again. The charger works well charging 2 at a time if needed. I haven’t done any testing on the batteries but overall I can’t tell the difference from the OEM battery. ... show more

    • A must have accessory for Fuji cameras
For reasons unknown, Fuji does not include a battery charger with the X-T5. Instead, they expect you to charge the battery inside the camera - that's just dumb. This charger fixes it. It connects to a standard USB-C cable for power but also includes a non-detachable USB-A cable. Weird choice - we live in a USB-C world, so it should default to USB-C. Charges two batteries at the same time and has a nice status display. I've used it to charge the included SmallRig batteries, the OEM Fuji battery, and another third-party battery. I bought these almost a year ago. Used them maybe twice or three times. I go to charge them today and start smelling burnt plastic so I unplugged it and noticed the batteries were not charging. I reached out to SmallRig and they responded very professionally. They offered to resend me a charger and batteries for free, but since I tested the batteries and they were fine, I had them send a charger and that's been working just fine!
