My dog just can’t get enough of this. To the point where we have to put it away for a while because of the noise and the barking our dog does when playing with it. This is just a hard plastic toy that makes a weird music/chirping sound when it rolls. It sometimes sounds like a cartoon animal laughing. I wish I had purchased the smaller size because it is too large and heavy for my dog to get her mouth around. It’s not big it’s just the combination of hard plastic and weight. I have a med size dog (pointer) and purchased the medium ball. I would get the small next time for sure.

My dog loves this toy and gets hyped about it, but she only plays for maybe 5 minutes at a time with it. I have to re-excite her because she’s figured out how to get her mouth around picking it up. Then she’s feels accomplished and wants me to toss a tennis ball instead. But it is a great ball. She hasn’t been able to chew it apart at all. There is 0 bounce to this ball, it’s hard plastic. I sometimes wonder if it annoys the downstairs neighbors when it rolls on the hardwood floor because it’s pretty loud. Speaking of loud, I work from home and at first the sound was annoying. Now it’s white noise to me. But others who aren’t used to it or can’t block it out with time may get annoyed. Value for money is there, it’s basically indestructible and will last. Hope this helps!

My dogs absolutely love this thing. Took my one destroyer about 3 months to finally pop the noise maker outta place. Highly recommend for dogs with a ball drive or love noisy toys. Only thing is the noise is annoying but my dogs love it so I tolerate the noise.

The product itself is well made, I guess, but it's really not a great toy for big, heavy chewer dogs. I got it for my boy (85 lbs. Pibble) and he LOVED it for a minute, then tore into the plastic and cut up his gums some. It happened pretty quickly and I got it away from him. Perhaps this isn't a good toy for chewers, I was hoping he would bat it around and have fun, he just wanted to destroy it and get inside of it! Again: Product is sturdy and works, but be careful if you have a dog that can tear anything apart. It might hurt their mouth.

This ball was cheaper but came with the noise makers detached inside ball so now they really don’t work. I tried to return but past the timeframe since i have to my dog on his birthday.

This ball is adorable and my dog loves it! But - the screw-in lid for the food dispensing portion is definitely not chew-proof. It's a brittle plastic and my medium sized pup managed to break it into pieces within a couple days. The rim is still securely lodged in the ball, but the middle of the lid is gone. The ball still mostly rolls and makes the adorable sounds he loves, but it no longer works as a treat dispenser. If the lid were stronger so this couldn't happen, it'd have a higher rating. The ball itself appears to be plenty durable, but the lid certainly is not. UPDATE: The seller contacted me to request photos of the ball so it can be redesigned to be better in the future, and offered a partial refund. I added a star to my prior review for that - I hope they can chew-proof that lid for future versions of the ball.
