I love this thing. I can carry a few day’s worth of my allergy and antacid pills in here. The diameter of the tube could be too small if you have very large pills and occasionally they can get stuck inside if two pills wedge themselves together in the tube. That’s no big deal, though because you can get them loose with a toothpick, pen, or heavy duty paperclip. Fits great on a keychain and is not heavy/bulky. This pill case does exactly that. I can keep it on my main keychain, within my backpack. in my pocket. And I completely forget it's there until I'm in a situation where I need it. It's super high quality with a nice tactical design and can fit a variety of pill sizes.

Durable and portable. Just the right size. Never opens inadvertently, but opens and closes fluidly when you want it to. Extra silicone gaskets (which do a lot of the work) are a definite bonus if you can keep track of them.

    • Might not be titanium? Otherwise is great product.
Seal is good, size is good, design is well-made. Only gripe I have is that it is "heavy" as if it's made of steel instead of titanium. Steel (iron+carbon) weighs around 8g/cm^3 give or take. Titanium should weigh around 4g/cm^3, which is half the weight of steel. Seeing how this product is 18.6g in weight, I feel like the it is not made of titanium. I'm too lazy to do some water-displacement density measuring, but I'm pretty confident this isn't titanium. ... show more
