I chose to install these with the screws instead of the adhesive. The instructions are incomplete so I winged it. Since there is a separate plate that that shelf attaches to, I first screwed the plate to the wall but it was impossible to then latch the shelf to the hook on the plate. Instead I attached the plate to the shelf, then screwed the screws in the wall and then hung the plate/shelf combo in one swoop. Other than wasting 5 minutes with my first install attempt, the shelves are working great to hold up our small lego sets. ... show more
