I ordered these on an Amazon deal, for $10 (which included shipping). They were shipped by UPS, and arrived very well packed and intact. I ordered the "espresso finish," and it is a brown/black color. I am using these in my office to get some clutter off my desk and make use of wall space: The largest one is being used to hold my mini shrimp ecosystem and a desk sorter with a weekly planner, etc. in it. The medium one is being used to hold a set of three small cacti that weigh approximately 2-3 lbs total. I haven't yet decided where to put the small one, or what to put on it. Because of the material of my walls (a bit sturdier than regular drywall), the long length of the screws provided, and fact that I didn't intend to put more than a couple pounds of weight on any of these shelves, I decided not to use the provided anchors, and the shelves seem to be attached pretty well to the wall. The shelves are not very deep, and the instructions state that the maximum weight capacity is 4.4 lbs., so these are clearly meant more for display than storage. They do a pretty nice job displaying things. They have a clean look to them, like a floating shelf. You can't go wrong for $10, or even for the regular price of $15. I bought these so I could place my makeup brush boxes on it. Very sturdy and easy to put on my wall. The only thing I did not like is that when I got them they came with what seems to have been fiberglass and that got on my hands and cut me. I had to dust them off and pass the vacuum to make sure my kids didn’t get any small pieces on their feet from the carpet otherwise they are perfect size ... show more

I was pleased with the quick installation of these shelves. The instructions are on point and they show you exactly how to make the installation work smoothly. I did use a cheap little laser leveler and followed the instructions from there. The laser leveler is not needed, any standard fluid leveler will work, to make sure your are taping the template up straight. I purchased these shelves to hold some of my model boxes. Perfect size for displaying a few plastic model kits on the wall as well. I will probably put the models on the shelf once they are built. All-in-all I am completely satisfied with this product! I bought these shelves with the intent of using one (I only needed one little shelf) but for this price, I figured I can find a use for the other two. I’m currently using the smallest shelf to hold my battery tender up next to my car in the garage because leaving it on the floor next to the car was, well messy looking with all the cables AND it was attracting creepy crawlers to hang out in the cables. Do note, these are super small little shelves, but that’s exactly what I wanted. I needed it to take as little space as possible since the garage isn’t exactly huge and spacious and my car is kind of wide with large doors. Basically it needs all the space it can get. And these little shelves work perfectly in the garage. I’ll probably use the other two in the garage as well. Oh, we did use our own hardware though. No biggie. These shelves were an impulse buy as I originally wanted one long shelf. I bought 2 sets (so in total 6 shelves). I was pleasantly surprised by the size and how well they work with my room! They are sturdy, I have my candles on three, the other three currently hold my make up by my vanity and I’m so happy with how well they’re holding up. I have never put anything up with nails or drills, I usually use those double sided tape hooks, BUT these were easy to put up with nails. They come with instructions, stickers to mark, and the nails. I used the “ruler” and sticker it came with to mark where I want them and to help me drill the holes. ... show more

Got this yesterday 6/5/2018. I decided to mount in on the wall the next day. Things I love about it (1) clear and simple instructions (2) comes with 3 paper ruler for each of the floating shelf so you can mark where the holes are supposed to be. (3) Has all the anchors and screws you will need. It took me about 30-60 minutes to mark, line up and mount the shelves. The photos with instructions and the paper ruler is missing the a 3rd paper ruler - took the photos after I was done and I threw it away. Goes without saying having a power drill and a proper drill bit makes the mounting much easier. I like the color because it matches my flooring. Note: I would use painters blue tape to hold tape the ruler on the walls. Better and won't leave any smudges vs. scotch tape. Have extra screws and anchor screws for drywall. The product comes with it but just enough just in case you damage one, like I did. I will buy again for my other room. ... show more

I ordered these wall shelves a couple of months ago for my master bathroom wall. I was looking for something like this for a long time and then I found them on Amazon so I ordered them right away. They look pretty good and the instructions to install were pretty straight forward. I installed them on a dry wall so I used drywall anchors. I used the dry wall anchors provided. I have had it on my wall for about 2 months now and they have been sturdy and strong. The reason why I am giving three stars is because it seems to made of cheap wood, when I was trying to install them and fix them on the screws provided, the wood started chipping off. But after I managed to get the screws in the holes provided, they fixed properly and seem to be pretty solid. I originally ordered these wall shelves to store bottles and other stuff above bath tub but it doesn’t seem yo be strong enough to hold heavy bottle. The shelves do tilt a bit but it’s not noticeable. I would definitely recommend this product if you are okay with the cheap wood and slight tilt and if you don’t wanna store heavy stuff on them.
