I have 3 male dogs. Everyone of them has to mark over each other's spot. So, my newly planted bush was getting a workover! It started to kill some of the lower leaves. I opted to give this a try, in hopes it would help with the situation. At least this fence will help keep them from getting right up on it. It was easy enough to stake into the ground, however if the ground is not perfectly even, some of the stakes will not fit into the ground at all. I have one that's just basically there for looks. These are not heavy duty and will not keep your pets from jumping over them but they do make a good barrier to deter them. I do believe it would work to keep animals such as rabbits, small chic's etc. contained. They also make a good border for around your flower, shrubs etc. I would not suggest using them to try and keep your pets corralled. They are not tall, strong or secure enough for that. It just depends on what you want to use them for. They have worked perfect for my needs. Although, I would suggest that they make the stakes a couple of inches longer for a more secure fence and to accommodate for those uneven spots on the ground. I do like the black color as it blends more into the scenery and not as noticeable. It will also help with keeping the mulch I put around it more contained. ... show more

I got these to protect a small area of my garden from the shih tzus... however it dint quite work out. They are not heavy duty and are easy to push over. One just rammed it with his head lol. They are light weight and easy to install. They are not very tall either. The description says it an animal barrier but if you have dogs this isn't going to work. Rabbits, or smaller pets maybe. Dogs...nope. I feel that the stakes could be longer, perhaps if they were longer they would be a bit more sturdier. Overall they are nice and very easy to put together. Unlike other fencing I have used around the garden, these fence panels are interlocked with one pole stake which loops through two panels, so it was a bit awkward making sure the pole stayed connected while also trying to maneuver putting the stake down and the fence in a straight pattern. It's true there was no digging and the fence panels themselves seem sturdy enough, but I'm not super confident the whole thing won't get blown over in high wind. ... show more

“Garden Fence, Garden Fencing Small Animal Barrier, 6 Ft x 19in (H) No Dig Rustproof Metal Wire Fence Panels,Arched Garden Border Fence Blocker Cat Dog Rabbit for Outdoor Yard,Protecting Plants“ I ordered this garden border fence for aesthetics, and also hopefully to keep delivery drivers from walking through my landscaping. It was pretty easy to install, but rather than pounding a hammer directly onto the head of the stakes, I placed a small piece of wood on top of the stakes while hammering. This way, I didn’t chip off any paint. The fence has a nice look to it, with an arch to each panel. I do wish it were taller, but I haven’t seen any delivery drivers walking through my landscaping since I put the fence up, so perhaps it’s enough of a deterrent to keep them on our sidewalk. Only time will tell with regard to rusting, etc. If I have any problems with this fence in the future, I’ll be sure to update this review. ... show more

    • Good looking barrier to keep your dog away from your plants

I have a very curious goldendoodle who pokes around my backyard flowers and beds. She has recently taken to eating grass like a goat (not sure why), which has led to new interest in my flowers. Since certain types of flowers can be deadly to dogs, I need to keep her out of these beds. These are iron-like fences that are just tall enough to keep her nose away from my plants and flowers. Because she is a big girl at 70 pounds, she could probably stick her face right over the barrier, but doesn't. It's enough of a deterrent to keep her away. They are super easy to install, even where you need them on a curve. And they just look good. It looks like a cute little mini garden rather than something to keep animals away. ... show more

Somewhat flimsy but sturdy enough to keep chickens from getting into flower beds. I wish the posts/stakes that stick into the ground were a little bit longer but I used some garden stakes to help secure it down a bit more.

Even though the installation is pretty self-explanatory, I don't like it when products don't come with instructions. To install the fence into the ground, you have to slip the provided stakes through the hinges of the fence sections and there were some hinges that didn't seem to be large enough to accommodate that stake. I had to force it through. The stake is the main piece that holds the fences to the ground. So, I do wish the fence sections had more of an anchor to the ground as well. They do their job well and they seem to be secure, but there are improvements I would make. ... show more
