This is a fun lil gadget! Opening a paint can, mixing it up, cleaning the stirrer, using a brush, cleaning the brush, and making sure you close the can tightly are all alleviated if you add some paint into the paint pen, bc you know you're going to end up messing up a spot or two on anything freshly coated before it fully cures. I tried to hang a shelf and somehow scratched up the wall. I just grabbed the pen and touched it up! Easy peasy. I store mine in the fridge as that's what I have done with paint brushes I'm not done using yet. The only issue for me was that I couldn't get all the paint out of the syringe. I just waited for it to dry and I'm hoping it wont get pushed out when I use a new color. I've checked videos and none suggest how to clean the syringe so who knows how it's done!

As a parent of 2 children, we paint a lot! All the pictures on the walls being replaced with more current. From anchoring furniture to the walls to rearranging bedrooms and furniture for different ages and stages of life. Painting was always such a task. And we are constantly changing things and spackling and painting. We have also built our fair share of furniture (loft bed, climbing walls, craft table) and these make touch ups on different things of different colors a breeze. It's nice to have a way to touch up the paint in my house without having to pull out a full can of paint and a paint brush every time. It is also a great option to get into tiny places as you're finishing a larger paint project. Definitely a great option if you have kids in the house and you need to touch up more often. These refillable paint pens are absolutely amazing! I bought them back in October but left them sitting in the package until today, thinking filling them would be a tedious project—boy, was I wrong. Just syringe the paint into the pen, and you’re good to go! A quick tip: make sure to read the directions carefully. Don’t twist the barrel until you’ve filled the pen with paint; otherwise, you’ll have to do the awkward, "sounds like something is breaking" reverse process to fix it. I love clean walls but hate the hassle of using a small plastic cup and brush for touch-ups. These pens make it so much easier—just label them, store them in the closet, and they’re ready when you need them. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a simple and mess-free way to keep their walls looking flawless! PS: Just ordered another set of two for trim!

The pens work just okay... one important detail that you should be aware of: These are NOT reusable. In fact, if you twist the bottom of the pen BEFORE you fill it with paint, then you CANNOT twist it back down. So, you may end up getting LESS USE out of it than you should since you cannot "reset" it.

These are great!! Took me a minute to figure it out, but now that I did, they are worth it. I HATE HATE HATE having to open the paint can and go thru all the crazy just to touch-up a wall chip. I live in 90 year old house so some of the walls are plaster and chip if you breathe on them. These are GREAT just to pull out of the drawer and paint over the chip.

I had these on my wishlist for a while but wasn’t sure about them. Finally purchased and have since purchased another pack. Makes touchups so much easier than getting out the paint can, prying it open, mixing it, not to mention releasing all of those fumes into the air. The brush tip is very soft and doesn’t fray even when dry. And the paint on the brush tip will remain wet for a while if you need to recap and say work on a different color for some time. No leaking. And reloadable. Definitely worth purchasing if you anticipate touchups around your home.
