Fast arrival. Firm but soft, did not smell (except for the smell when you break the wrapper but that’s expected), Heavy, ends are durable, exact size. I let it sit for 72 hours as recommended so it could form the shape correctly. Great sleep quality, sleeps better than the mattress I paid $1000 for.
