Has been three weeks with this mattress - waited to see how things went. I am approximately 200 lbs. and a side/back sleeper with back issues. The mattress I bought was Queen size and medium firm. Excellent support for me and back issues from sleeping have improved greatly. The value for this product is excellent - better than my prior Tuft & Needle with much better support. This is heavy. I have no idea how they compress, roll, and stuff the mattress inside a box. I thought I'd be able to open one end and slide or pull it out but it wouldn't budge. I ended up cutting it out the box. I should've done what another reviewer did which is to put it on the bed first and then cut the box. That way you don't have to move it again but I wanted to give it the recommended 3 days to expand. If I put it on the bed on day 1 then my daughter wouldn't have been able to sleep in her old bed while the new one was expanding. Anyway, this is a quality bed. It feels on par with store bought beds. It's firm but the pillow top gives it some cushion and softness. I prefer a softer bed but it's not uncomfortable. It would be nice if it had handles to make moving it easier but I'm not too bothered by that since I'll only move it twice a year to rotate the mattress. I think this is a really good value for the money. Highly recommend.

This is really the best mattress I ever had. We purchased a name brand about two years ago that had our back hurting every morning when waking up. Had to get rid of it. I would recommend this mattress to anyone.

My prior mattress was a high-end dept store memory foam mattress, it was nice but after 5 years I started waking up after 5 or 6 hours of sleep with lower back pain. At first I thought it was the way I was sleeping, so I tried various positions, but then I finally decided to look into a new mattress, and I'm so glad I did. This SleepMax plush is absolutely fantastic! It was delivered super quick by Amazon freight delivery. The box this mattress arrives in, while certainly heavy (lifting is definitely a 2 person job) the setup was actually quite easy. You open the mattress box on your bed-frame and allow the mattress to expand as designed, After about 30 minutes the mattress appeared to be fully ready. This Sleepmax plush mattress is my ideal firmness, it's not so soft that it doesn't give you support, but also not so hard that it causes pressure points. For me, the mattress is absolutely perfect. The craftmanship appears first rate, no loose threads, or bad seams and best of all no strange smells. The first night sleep, when I woke up the next I felt amazing haven't slept so good in years. My back pain is gone, and I'm getting truly recuperative sleep. It has enhanced the quality of my life. I have more energy, and I feel more alert during the day. 5-stars all day!

The mattress is very comfortable! The Sleepmax Plush Full Mattress 12 Inch from the Sleepmax Store is a high-quality hybrid mattress that has significantly improved my sleep experience. I live with spinal stenosis and multiple ruptured and herniated discs in my lumbar region, and I often struggle to find a bed that provides enough support without aggravating my pain. This mattress delivers strong lumbar support with its coil and foam combination, and it feels much more comfortable and stable than memory foam-only beds I have tried in the past. At under $400, the mattress offers excellent value for money, especially considering its build quality, comfort, and the long trial period.
