The plush lining adds comfort, making it perfect for summer camping. However, I did notice that the zipper could be more durable, as it sometimes gets stuck. This backpack is super light weight and compresses to a very manageable size. I like the cords on it, which allow you to swing it over your shoulders like a backpack. It is not that difficult to roll it up and get it back in the bag, which is a plus. It would not work in super cold weather. So I also have an emergency mylar thermal sleeping bag. I could put that on and then slip inside this sleeping bag if I needed extra warmth in an emergency situation. The many color options are nice, and this is not a children's sleeping bag that you are shocked to discover is only for someone 4 feet tall. No, this sleeping bag would easily work for someone tall, like even 6 feet tall. Over all, this sleeping bag is an impressive value! I got the blue for my husband and the pink for me. ... show more
