Not too slippery. Fabric is comfortable. I'm about 5'7" and around 190 lbs, plenty of room, I can even curl up on my side in a fetal position in it. I have mostly only used it inside, and am a hot sleeper, sometimes it can be a bit too warm with the temperature in the house being in the high 60's. I used it one afternoon in the backyard when it was only about 58°-60° and it was just right. I expected “lightweight “ , this is sheer. It’s fine for inside but can’t imagine going camping with this bag. Although I tried to get a wider bag but this one feels small. ( I’m not that big around either)

I bought this for a three day wilderness survival course and used it while sleeping in a hammock. The night temps were about mid 60s and this VERY thin and lightweight sleeping bag offered just the right amount of warmth necessary for a comfortable night of hammock camping. It is lightweight and when in its stuff sack, it is very small and the straps allow you to tighten them up to make it even smaller. The zippers seemed durable enough for me. I am 5' 5" and weigh 175 pounds and this sleeping bag was roomy enough for me both in length and width without feeling too cramped in. I was able to bend my leg at the knee when sleeping on my back and even sleep on my side with bent knees with no problem. My husband has the same sleeping bag and although he weighs less than me, he is taller (5'10") and he said that the sleeping bag was suitable in length for him as well. The sleeping bag is easy to remove from the stuff sack but takes a small effort to stuff it back in. I had to lay it out on the ground flat, then take the open end and fold it in half and then fold it in half a second time and then tightly roll it up to the opposite end and then stuff it back into its sack. When I returned home, I washed it on the gentle cycle and hung it in the garage to dry. It is very thin parachute / nylon fabric with VERY LITTLE stuffing inside. I did not notice any separation or bunching of the minimal stuffing inside. In my opinion this sleeping bag would be way too thin to use if sleeping on the ground. You would require some kind of significant sleeping mat for a comfortable nights sleep because this would offer NO cushioning between you and the ground at all. I also do not know if it would be sufficient warmth for temps below mid-50s but it's perfect for mild spring and summer nights. ... show more
