With a 50” waist it’s kind of tight, but I fit at least. The arm holes were a selling point for me, but I find them to close, should be wider apart and more towards shoulders. You can stick both forarms out and hold a phone…which is likely the intent

Why must they not be truthful? This bag is a stretch at 37". I measured as soon as it arrived. Its a nice sleeping bag. Very warm, nice zippers, good openings for arms but, I bought for the extra width and it's only 37" wide NOT 40".
