I spent a solid month searching and reviewing trampolines. This one seemed to be about mid grade and the price point we wanted to spend. The trampoline arrived in the timeframe I asked with no problem at all. Delivery drivers texted me when they were 20 minutes away and rang my doorbell when they arrived. Both boxes were in great condition and they took great care taking it off the truck. I was planning on waiting for family to help me put it together but I couldn’t wait! I put this trampoline together by myself (39 year old semi-handy women) directions are clear, and although it’s time consuming the assembly is really not difficult! Took me about 4 hours start to finish. The trampoline is a huge hit! I have three boys ages 10, 7 and 4. There is plenty of room for them to all jump, but if the 10 year old is really trying to get height there is room for the other two to stand off to the side. The basketball hoop is more flimsy than I’d hope. The hoop clinches to the polls with a small bungee cord. So far it has come off every time we have played with it (so I’m going to have to devise another means of getting it to stay on the trampoline) The materials seems sturdy and well-made, although I was surprised how thin and short the bolts were for the legs of the trampoline. I’m guessing I will have to replace those in a few years. Also the poles have foam sleeves which probably won’t last more than one winter. This trampoline is really high off the ground! I had to purchase a ladder separately. Overall we are happy with his trampoline :) ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Bought this for my 10yr old nonverbal autistic son and family. It arrived in three very heavy boxes, that was so heavy and large Amazon hired a different delivery service to bring it here. They were so kind and helpful. They actually brought everything in to my backyard, which they were not contracted to do but did anyway for free!! Then the madness began! The instructions were easy to follow and very thorough. I am a 47yr old woman who has never done anything like this before but I have a brain and an semi-intelligent so I thought, how hard can this be? Ha! There is also a video that shows a couple assembling this exact trampoline, which was an incredible asset!! I watched this numerous times during construction. Here's the thing, I spent over 10hrs on the first day, completing everything except for the springs and had to start the next morning. Putting the springs on was for me the most difficult part of the process!!! I simply could not do it, did not have the strength to do it! Frustration was putting it mildly,how we all felt at this point! So I had to( my kids screaming everyday!!!) wait for a few family members to take the time to come help me finish it up. To sum it all up, if you can afford it, hire someone to put this baby together! I waited until we used it for over a month to leave this review bc I wanted to really use it and see how well this trampoline is and honestly it is pretty AMAZING! Well designed, VERY sturdy, my autistic son is giving this trampoline a steady, heavy workout every single day and most evenings. We bought a cheaper round trampoline a few yrs back that didn't last after a couple of months. It was destroyed and we were left with the bare bones. All I can tell you is that having had both types, it's absolutely worth it to spend the extra money for a better quality trampoline! I am NOT a fake reviewer. I am a single broke mommy of four w a few grandchildren and I rely on reviews to make bigger purchases bc I can't afford to blow money. I take this seriously. Nothing fake here. ... show more

    • Good product and value. Seems well built and sturdy.
The product is great. It bounces better (more evenly across the entire surface) and higher than the round trampoline we had previously. Assembly wasn't difficult in that there wasn't much to it, though the springs were kind of a pain (not surprising, obviously they have to be a bit taught). Surrounding net is secure and should serve it's purpose as well as something like that can. No issues after ~6 weeks of use and weather exposure. I am very pleased and would absolutely recommend the trampoline to anyone in the market. The 5 star rating does take into consideration cost/competition - I'd assume a professional style $2000 trampoline will provide more bounce and higher build quality, though I have not compared them. I don't like my kids enough to drop 2k on a trampoline. My only real complaint involves Amazon. When purchased we were offered installation which we toke (time is at a premium around Christmas). We were charged for installation and then told a few days later we couldn't have it installed. Amazon stated they had no installers. Perhaps don't sell services you don't have? It took two separate chats and almost a week to get the money refunded. I did not let this impact the rating, as this isn't an issue with the trampoline... rather I offer this information as an aside to beware of Amazon service offers. ... show more
