I came back to update my review, because after I left te initial review below, their customer service jumped in and offered to do everything they could to make it better. They immediately reached out and started offering different options for me to replace the frame, but they ended sending me a whole new trampoline, which I received today, for the price of just shipping the frame! I am seriously so impressed with how this was handled! I changed my review from a 3 to a 5 because the customer service is hands down one of the most impressive ones I have dealt with! Bought this for my eleven year old daughter. We were thrilled! It’s extremely cool! But a huge storm blew in after five days of owning it and despite being attached to the ground with the spiral hooks and straps, it launched like a rocket into our neighbors yard and crumbled like pipe cleaner! We luckily bought a warranty and they graciously covered it but we need replacement parts! I can not for the life of me figure out how to contact the seller to ask where we can buy the replacement poles for the frame that holds the may! Any suggestions would be great! ... show more

We bought the 8ft for Christmas, and the setup was pretty easy. Just have to take some time to look at all the pieces you have and compare to the pics in the instruction manual. The instruction manual was fairly easy to follow step by step. Thus far our family has enjoyed this product and we have no complaints. The kids and their dad absolutely love this trampoline. Their dad is 250lbs and 6'3 and can jump with all 3 kids without concerns.
