By far my favorite pair of headphones. I kept loosing the buds so I got these not even realizing they had tile built in, I enf up using that feature a lot. They are super comfortable, last me all day... I'm a doctorates student who listens to audio books for 8+ hours a day.... I hardly notice the weight, the buttons are a little different off the bat but you can custom map them in the app. So far they have been my edc for about a month now and show no wear. ... show more

***UPDATE: 10/14/2023*** ***I decided to keep the earbuds and have really enjoyed the device free control they provide. After setting up button functions..I can leave my phone in my pocket or on the table and still adjust volume or skip ahead or back with music. I still use a separate set of earbuds for noise reduction listening, but these work well in my day to day life. These still perform best in situations where you benefit from hearing your surroundings. They do not have a good seal to provide richer bass, etc. They aren’t great for mowing the lawn for example. But I do like them for calls/video meetings when it’s helpful to be able to hear the other person as well as my own voice. Biggest complaint is the Bluetooth signal strength. I can have my phone in my pocket and if I turn my head away from that pocket..I’ll lose the connection with my phone. This happens consistently. *** Original Review: Not what you’d expect from the brand. Skullcandy is usually known for their full seal and rich bass..of which these have neither. The included earpieces (s/m/l) are too short/shallow as if they were made to fit everyone mediocrely rather than fit most decently. Once I popped on the medium earpieces from an old set of skullcandys..the sound was a solid b or b-. These are primarily just for the gym, so I’m more concerned they stay in than anything else..but man what a let down. Also worth mentioning..if you wear with glasses or sunglasses..the fitment goes out the window. The ear hooks are soft but not at all adjustable. The are not the bendable/shapable variety. So if you run with your sunnies on..the ear hook rides between your ear and the glasses…so you’ll be dealing with constant movement. Had they been adjustable- some sort of tension fit could be achieved. But oh well. Overall these seem like they would fit a small percentage of user well..but for the other 85-90% of us…there just isn’t the adjustability there for a good fit. Function-wise (other than the previously mentioned sound quality loss) these work well as “smart” earbuds. The “hey skullcandy” feature is nice and “ask Siri” works as well if your phone is close enough anyway. Battery life (day 1) is pretty decent. I think mine ran a bit longer than the promised 10 or so hours. The customizable button patterns and uses are probably my favorite feature. ... show more

i decided to take a chance on these because the reviews are mixed and I am happy i did. I love the around the ear fit. The battery life lasts a while. and the fact that i can voice command the headphones is awesome. Many times my hands are so full with a toddler and a baby I have a headphone in my ear a baby in my hand and a phone is no one around so def a perk to these headphones. ... show more

receiver has told me they enjoy these very much. the bass is a bit weak is their one complaint. and i, the gift giver, will add i appreciate the seller as the actual skullcandy website in my opinion STINKS! so thank you seller!!

I purchased these headphones to have a pair of earbuds that would say on my ears while working out at the gym. Like many, I am either listening to music or I am watching something on a streaming service while doing cardio, etc. THE GOOD: These are extremely comfortable. They do seem really good with regards to sweat resistance and staying in place while working out. They have a pretty decent sound quality.... if you have a good fit. The case is slim and solid. The battery life on the headphones and the case are great! THE BAD: No matter what size buds I use these with, they do not create a good enough seal. So when that happens you lose the bass and the overall quality degrades. It came with like 3 or 4 different sized buds but none of them work great. The overall max volume isn't overly loud, especially when working out in a gym that has music blasting and people talking, machines moving. When watching a streaming show for example, I have the volume up all the way and I'm still struggling to listen. I have other over the ear headphones that produce a much higher volume and sounds great. So this makes using these, in the context I bought them for, not what I needed/wanted. I am using an iPhone 11 Pro and no matter what I do, when I go to use these, I select under my bluetooth settings Push Active and it says it can't connect and the only option I have is to Forget Device. I then have to re-pair the headphones with my phone every time. This issue does not exist with any other bluetooth devices I own. ... show more

I was in the market for claw shaped earbuds that would stay on no matter what, while being comfortable and water resistant. I wear one of these while I work, I just like having a podcast playing in the background. My job is very physical so I sweat a lot, had these for about 5 months and they are still going strong. Never had any problems with them. Sound for music was really good for the price. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the battery life, it is about 4 hours at full volume while listening to podcasts. Roughly the same when I listening to music. I've since found a different pair with longer battery life but these are a solid pair. ... show more
