I've thought about trying the other brands, but this does everything I need. Love how the bottom is made so it works as a stand. The purple is to my liking. Used my Ally X on a flight to came and watch movies. Didn't fall during turbulence. The weight from the case isn't noticeable. I feel that my handheld is protected from reasonable things that could occur. It is a little loose at the top, but it isn't flapping or whatever.

I have fairly large hands, not the largest but I guess about 7-8 inches from palm-fingertip. This grip gives the rog ally x just that little extra oomph for holding on while playing. Paired with the skullnco thumb stick grips, I NO LONGER AM ACCIDENTALLY TOUCHING THE SCREEN!!! it was a huge problem that almost lead to me buying an entirely separate controller just so I could play normally. Or, giving the device to my nephews or something. Anyway, highly recommend this brand. Fingerprint sensor still works, volume keys, etc. It even stands up on it's own if you wanted to watch a movie or something. (The bottom is flat).

This is the only one that looks prime quality and also fits perfectly. The feel is just great and non intrusive. The smoothness on the finish is just like if you paid way more its price. I don't thinks there will be any case better than this. I know it sounds extreme, but I think it is just worth every penny. Super happy with it.

If you want a gently protector, this is a great choice. If you're looking for something to improve the nonexistent ergonomics of the Ally, no grip currently on the market does that. I'd recommend waiting for Satisfye to finish their Ally grip if you need the ergonomic help the majority of us desperately need improved in the Ally.
