The original swivel part of my favorite chair in my bedroom broke. The chair is in perfect condition other than that. So I was looking to buy another chair, but didn't want to pay the price, considering the chair itself is fine. So it occurred to me to see if I could repair it and Amazon to the rescue. True, as another comment said, it does not come with screws or directions. But because I was replacing mine I already had the screws, nuts from the broken one and the install was common sense. You do need a socket wrench to make putting the screws in easier. It only took a few minutes to do. If you are going to use this to covert a non swivel chair then you will need to do more, and supply the screws and nuts yourself. My favorite chair works perfectly now ! ... show more

    • Poor quality swivel chair replacement. Ball bearings fell out after one day.

The product was a replacement swivel base for a rocker recliner chair. The ball bearings fell out within one day of installation for two different units. The product is cheap and poorly made. The product is garbage.

The media could not be loaded. I've had this for a few months now and I love it. My husband easily installed it with 4 screws. He turned my recliner into a swivel in about 10 minutes.
