I’ve used various bath mats to save the knees but they never last more than a few months before discoloring or getting a mildew smell. They aren’t machine washable so replacing them is easier. I elected to try this one to save a few bucks knowing I’d replace it eventually. Thickness is great, quality is on par, and the cute whale adds a fun aesthetic, but it’s just a bit small for my needs. At 6’ and 200 lbs I often find one knee slips off the mat. Perhaps a shrimp shape would be more accurate. Still, I’d recommend this product for any parent who finds themselves hunched over the tub, just trying to get to bedtime.
