I could hardly wait to open this kit since it is still a Foil Fun product and my grandkids love to make cards. Usually they are just putting stickers all over folded printer paper, so I knew they would love a different version of Foil Fun. They already know how to use the foil and spend hours on these type of projects. This card making set has some different types of foils: rainbow striped, holographic prints, textured looking sparkle, and plain non faceted beautiful colored foil. There are 10 folded 5 1/2 by 7 1/2 pieces (finished size) of colored cardstock to turn into cards. I do think it is a little odd that there are no envelopes. There are LOTS of foam pieces to foil …. Way more than you will need for 10 cards. The sentiments include: Happy Birthday, Hugs, Hi, You’re the Best, Feel Better Soon, Get Well Soon, Best Wishes, Thank You, Birthday Hugs, Dad, Mom, Hello, I Love You, Good Luck, See You Soon, and Sorry. There are several happy birthday ones. The pictures are cakes, flowers, candles, party hats, crowns, jewels, ice cream, butterflies, hearts, banners, musical notes, packages, rainbows, cupcakes, stuffed animals, candy, etc. There is also a package of small googly eyes. This is a really fun set and you could make many more cards if you provided your own card bases. I would purchase this again in a heartbeat! If you do intend these cards to be sent in the mail, you probably have to take them to the post office because of the thickness of the foam and because they are not a standard US size. Just one thing to note: You need to air this out in fresh air before using because of the strong chemical odor upon opening the package. It is strong and needs a few days out in my garage. This is not unusual for this type of a product and I have just come to expect it.

This is such a fantastic project for my niece. I got this as a birthday gift for her and she really enjoyed it. She had mentioned that it wasn’t too hard for her to do and she really liked the vibrant colors of the foil especially the glittery sheets. The foam stickers were really fun as well, adds a pop to the greeting cards!
