Very poor! DO NOT buy this helmet! It only had padding around rim of helmet no inside lining or padding ! Not DOT approved any rider who knows about padding/lining inside helmet knows that's a must!. Customer's request to see inside helmet before buying or like this company they want you to pay shipping handling both ways for their unapproved helmet so you pay almost 10.00 just to give it back!
