I wanted to get a board for my daughter so she could learn how to ride without breaking the bank, or her neck. The cheap boards tend to be far less stable and thus more dangerous than well constructed boards, but this one rides pretty nicely. The trucks are a little squishy, but not a deal breaker. Wheels and bearings are good enough for the street and roll without too much extra pushing required. We have no plans to pop the tail at all (4 wheels on the ground for her!), so no judgements on the plywood quality, but it's a decent shape and feels solid. ... show more

A couple weeks ago one wheel came off while my son was riding. Lost the nut. I thought that odd since it's a locking nut, but upon inspecting the bearing today, even though it's sealed and supposedly ABEC-9, it's completely seized up, so it makes sense now how the nut came unscrewed. Just glad he wasn't going fast down a hill when the wheel parted ways with the truck or he could have been pretty hurt. ... show more
