This is a great board for beginners. My daughter has been using this for months and it's held up great. The wheels are nice and bright at night which I love, she doesn't ride on the street much but when she does--I'm glad there is something to help people see her. The grip tape has still just as good as first day and so is the "paint" of the board. I think it's a good weight overall and the quality seems very good.
