I bought these because i wanted rechargeable aids. They continually fell out of my ears. The sound control is on the piece that goes into your ear. A tiny screwdriver is included with the aids to use when you need to change volume. VERY DIFFICULT TO SEE is you have any sight impairment at all.     • Falls out can’t hear background sound
Like- person to person talking crystal clear once adjustment is made using your finger nail to adjust volume Dislike- falls out of ear when turned downward. Can’t hear anything except talking. No outside sounds. TV voices tgat are multiple or birds. Great concept but still needs tweaking. Especially with having to use your nail to turn volume up or down. If not set in case turned off it will squeal so loud others hear it from rooms away. Charging, no charging cube sent to plug in charger had to use my daughters or laptop to plug in.     • A poorly designed hearing aid bug
The shape, the material...appeared to be good, but the biggest problem was a design flow - it requires to put in ear and then turn on, otherwise, it would have sharp noise loud enough no one can bear, but if you put in ear first then it would be very difficult to turn it on. Returned and got refund.

I bought this hearing aid for my grandma, and she absolutely loves it! She has tried several different hearing aids in the past, but this one is truly amazing. The sound quality is excellent, and she's able to hear conversations and even TV shows and movies without any problems. The noise reduction feature is also really helpful for her, especially when we're out in public places. Also, the hearing aid is very comfortable for her to wear, and she doesn't have any problems with it slipping out of place. She's been wearing it all day without any discomfort. Overall, I'm so glad we chose this hearing aid for my grandma, as it has made a significant improvement in my grandmother's quality of life!!!
