All my units have trigger false alarms... imagine waking up in the middle of the night thinking you house is on fire... and I cant count the amout of times my baby has wake up due to false alarms!!! this is bad product dont buy it. also Tuyo App is really bad

    • Returned. To much of a hassle. No directions for Wi-Fi
Tried for over a hour and a half to get what ever app I could to pair with this thing. The company has 6 different apps none of them worked. Tried the app the QR code on the back sent me to…… still couldn’t get it to work. If it’s that much of a hassle to just try and connect to WiFi I don’t want your product. No directions on the box or the user manual about how to pair to WiFi. *Update 01/30/2024. Ended up buying 2 google nest protect. Was able to pair both of them then install both of them in 2 separate rooms , then add my wife to the household on the app all in about 30-35 minutes.     • 2 of the 6 smoke detectors go off at anytime they want to!
Bought 6 smoke detectors and put them up, 2 out of the 6 go off when they feel like it saying there is a fire. There was no fire. Changed the batteries, and still the same thing. I wouldn’t buy this again!

Just received units i purchased in 2025. Description says electronics last 10 years. But label on unit says replace in 2033. It is 8 years which means i was sent units that were manufactured several years ago. Sad. Old units.
