I used Sistema products for several years. I don't use them for food; instead, I use them to store dried insects for entomology. There is one big compartment and two smaller ones. The containers seal well with a gasket, are air- and water-tight, and are still easy to open and close without much force on the latch. Sistema products are more expensive than some others, but you're paying for quality, which makes them worth the price to me. Some of the containers had green latches/gaskets, and some had blue latches/gaskets. I haven't noticed a difference between these. ... show more

Great bento for elementary and middle schoolers! So nice to have a bento with enough room to fit a whole sandwich, yogurt cup and fruit. It is easy to clean because it doesn’t have gaskets that get yucky. The lid locks well and easily. The compartments are not ‘leakproof’ but do have separators on the lid that match up with the box walls that keep the contents apart. Fits in kids zipper insulated lunchbox. It is durable, but the lid/box can crack if it’s sat on (I have replaced 2 cracked ones in the past 4 years). The new model’s hinged lid seems to come off a little too easily when washing.
