I ordered 2 of these for Xmas and only 1 was holding a battery charge. At first I was disappointed but then before I returned or exchanged I followed the directions to recalibrate AND IT WORKED!! So happy.. this is what I did… Turn off, plug it in, sit on it, turn it on while plugged in, make sure it’s on even ground, then I pulled the handles up and down, then turned it off again and then it charged for a little bit and it was working again!! My son has used it maybe 10 times total. It’s not working anymore, I tried to reset it, disconnected battery , nothing works. I bought new charger, still didn’t fix the problem . I regret it I bought it at first place

These things are terrible, we bought 3 of them and our kids get to enjoy them for about 15 minutes before they die after charging for an extended period of time. Battery life is awful, I expect them to last longer than 15 minutes.

My grandson is going ninety to nothing on this scoot. He did learn that if you ignore the “Low battery” beep, you get to push it home!!! 🤣 It was easily assembled and works well.

I don't write reviews but this turned out to be the best birthday gift for my 12 year old. After an initial few tries to learn how to stand on it, she has been doing tricks and doesnt get off it to move around the house. The lights make it especially nice during the evenings and night as if she is putting on a show. The batter life could be longer but she charges it 3-4 times a day. Our hoverboard looks different than the ones that won't charge because ours does however we just opened the box for the sit down cart and a pad was broken... That's lame... It's cheap plastic so I will have better ones 3-D Printed. Oh Well.
