My bike was sent to me and was missing pieces as well as parts on it were damaged. I’m having a hard time having them send me a box big enough to send it back in. I don’t feel as though it’s my responsibility to buy a box to send it back especially when it’s not my fault that it was sent in the condition that it was. I just went for my first ride with my 4 year old son, and I am highly impressed. My 13 year old put it together in one day, so assembly isn’t needed by a professional. We rode about 6 miles, peddled some and used the electric speed and it was a very smooth ride! The durability was absolutely amazing, my son felt safe and so did I. In 6 miles the battery went down only a little, so I would say that it might stand true to the 60-mile range! ... show more

Only goes 20 miles and hr. Battery lasts about 15 miles. While only using peddle assist and level ground. Customer service is not great. It works for the price point but wouldn't really recommend. It was to complicated to take it all back apart and send back.

I wanted to love this purchase, however when it arrived, some parts were missing, places of paint were chipped, and the battery pack was installed in the factory wrong, so I couldn’t install the battery and now have to deal with returning it. Very frustrating and customer service is slow to respond.
