TLDR: Product: 5/5 stars. Customer service: 6/5 stars. Received someone else’s returned item. Had footprints and greasy handprints on the panels, scratches and dents on the paint, etcetera. I attribute that more to Amazon (not the seller) since about 1 of every 4 things I order is clearly a returned/used item, regardless of the seller. Anyhow - that wasn’t too big of an issue for me. However, this returned item also had the incorrect part/piece required for the top frame of the cabinet. So it could not be assembled. I contacted the seller and they immediately offered me a free replacement of the entire cabinet without needing the first one returned. However, I asked instead for the replacement part, to which they quickly obliged and shipped factory-direct. It arrived quickly, fit perfectly, and I was able to assemble the cabinet as intended. The cabinet looks pretty good and I’m happy with the product. What stands out to me though, is the seller’s excellent customer service. Top-notch!

I am using this cabinet to store my paint in my unfinished basement. I works perfectly for what I need. I was able to move the cabinet (it is a bit heavy, especially in the box), and assemble it all by my lonesome. It took me about an hour and a half to assemble. The instructions were pretty straight forward and easy to follow. I could see though why the recommend two people, but I am living proof that it can be done with one. I did have to get creative to get the shelves even when I was putting them in the cabinet. luckily it was the last step. If anyone has the secret on how to do this better, please let me know. Anyway, the cabinet is pretty sturdy and solid, has a lot of space and is easy to use. The cabinet has a key lock that is semi-secure. But I am just using it to hold paint, so there is no need for me to use the lock. I have not even taken the key out. The magnets on the door hold it closed securely. The cabinet is package pretty good and included a lot of packing. I am very happy with my cabinet. It is reasonably priced, sturdy and somewhat easy to assemble. I would recommend this product.

My wife and I assembled the cabinet in just under an hour. Others have said they did it by themselves but it's really a two person job. We were pleased by how sturdy the cabinet is once assembled. The edges of the parts are sharp so keep that in mind when putting it together. Once assembled there are no sharp edges exposed. Our cabinet has five separate locks for the five shelves. Each lock has it's own unique key which is good in some ways not so good in others. The doors on the shelves will stay shut without being locked if the unit is level which is a plus. Note: If the delivery person gets the package anywhere near your front door by themselves you owe them lunch. I helped our FedEx driver carry it up to our door. Did I mention I thought assembly was a two person job?

This is not a cabinet an older person needs to be responsible for assembling. Requires laying on the ground, wiggling under the frame. Nice appearance and seems durable after the construction was complete. Instructions started out good. Last steps of instructions made no sense.
