    • Good Value for Height Adjustments, No Plumb Adjustments
For the price, these deck base pedestals are awesome. They are lighter duty than the more expensive name brand ones, but they are perfectly fine for small projects. They have two levels of adjustment, giving a good range of height adjustment for each pedestal. I used these to make a small landing deck for our RV stairs on uneven ground. They worked well to compensate for the different height of joists needed, but they do not have any way to adjust for plumb. There are other similar solutions that can auto-adjust for plumb within 5 degrees or so, but those solutions also cost a lot more. For the current price of $30, these are worth it. Just keep in mind you'll have to get the ground where each pedestal is being placed level first to make the joists plumb, or put shims on top of these pedestals to plumb. ... show more

    • Perfect for floating walls...
Compact easy to use and durable. Affordable easy solution for what I invisioned. I have them for minimizing ground contact on some floating walls to partially enclose my carport. These are working out as planned.

    • Lightweight and limited adjustment.
These were smaller and lighter duty than I anticipated. I used them under a small ground level deck platform, but in hindsight would not have used them if I wasn't in a rush to finish before bad weather came. Any ground settling at all and there won't be enough adjustment to compensate for it, and also not good at all if there's any frost heave in the winter. ... show more

These were exactly what I needed. I wanted to build a deck but not level the ground. Because of these, I didn't have to! I built a frame, added these adjustable feet and put plywood on top and deck tiles. Turned out perfect!

    • Exactly what we needed
We're building a small floating deck on top of a stone patio and this is exactly what we need to complete the job. The stone patio has been in place for many years and we wanted to just jazz up the area around the patio door with a floating wood deck. The supports come with many attachment points, including into your deck beams and down into the surface you're building on. And anyone that's installed a deck before knows, the hardest part is getting it all to level. These supports fix that issue with just a twist of the adjustment wheel. Get your frame built, install it into the supports, and level it all before you put your decking on and Bob's Your Uncle it's all golden. Great idea and very glad we found this for our project. Our deck is small and won't need to support a lot of weight so I have no concerns with durability. These would not however be appropriate for a hot tub deck or lots of furniture.
