We just set this up from giving it to our son for his birthday, and it is a really great basketball game! The materials are very sturdy and high quality, like the basketballs and the rim. Very sturdy metal pieces. But the instructions were not the best. Several of the bags with nuts, bolts, and washers were not labeled properly according to the instructions. And the pictures were a little misleading as to where some of the parts go toward the end. But overall, a great product!

I gave this 4 stars because my son really likes this product, it is pretty appealing to the eye (doesn’t look cheap and no parts were damaged during shipping), fast shipping, and a great price for what you get. HOWEVER, the assembly and instructions were horrible. The instructions were unclear and mislabeled. I know you are thinking, of course SHE is going to have trouble putting it together. I am a single mother that has a 14 year old son, I have definitely completed my share of projects like this but THIS is next level incompetence with quality control and has had to pass through many hands of approvals to get this on the market. I really hope that the manufacturer actually reads these reviews and makes improvements. I’m not the only reviewer that had these issues. I don’t really know what to even tell other consumers that purchase this to help with this problem. This really is just an issue that needs to be addressed with the manufacturer to collaborate with with different departments to resolve this. I would buy this again but I would be lying if I said I would tell someone else to buy it if they aren’t willing to experience all emotions across the board while assembling this. You’ve been warned guys lol
