These frames are relatively cheap yet of surprisingly high quality. The dimensions are exactly as advertised and they look great. Unfortunately one of mine arrived with a massive crack in the plexiglass. I was issued a FULL refund with no questions asked when I reported this. However, its no fault of this company or the quality of their materials as Amazon's protective packaging had popped during transit. I also appreciate the use of plexiglass over genuine glass. it's easier to clean, looks the same, and doesn't pose a threat to your fingers when it cracks in transit. I'd highly recommend these frames. (as long as your mailman is gentle with packages) Product Quality: 9/10 Bang-For-Buck: 7/10 Customer Service: 10/10

I have 3 cheap prints of my car that I wanted to hang in the garage- bought these simply for the price. Was REALLY impressed with the quality of the products for such a low price! On the back, the clips that hold everything in- these are HUGE and very easy to utilize. I've never seen such easy clips on the back of lower priced frames (or even mid-priced). The quality and color of the frame is great- a darker grey, which I was happy with as black is so common. Will definitely look for this brand when I need inexpensive frames.

I bought the 18 X 24 size in white, set of three. The frames arrived early and well packaged with no damage. These were just what I was looking for: Neutral color, very light weight when hung on the wall. Frames are wood painted white, slim and low-profile. Each frame has plexiglass which has a plastic protective film on BOTH sides that you must peel off, then it is crystal clear. The back of the frame has hardware to hang vertical or horizontal. It also comes with a thin matt, I used my own purchased from Michaels. For $13 each this was a good bargain for basic, no-frills frames.

I've purchased so many different frames over the years, and I must say that these frames are well made, especially considering the price point of 3 frames for $20. The frames are packaged well enough to protect them from corner and scuff damage using styrofoam corners and shrinkwrap around all 3 frames. I was a bit surprised by the charcoal frame. It is charcoal color, but also has a faux wood texture. The frame is made of plastic (and you can see this on the inside of the framing--shiny black), so it looks like the frame was sanded and/or painted to add the texture. If I had to guess, I think this follows the modern trend, instead of black, going of off-black and with wood texture. If you're looking for solid shiny charcoal grey, you'll want to look elsewhere. The clips on the back that hold the backing board in place are an improvement over past clips. These clips can be pressed down and rotated out from the frame's edge almost effortlessly and save wear and tear on your fingers and thumbs. This is a nice improvement. The clips also have a slight tooth at the end that helps hold it into place when released under the frame. The frame comes with a mat that allows for an 11"x14" print, but I personally don't like mats that have uneven margins, so I just tossed mine and used the full 12"x16" space for a print the same size. The backing board also has two mounted brackets that give you the option for portrait or landscape hanging. Just hammer a nail into the wall and hang. The plexiglass is pretty thin, maybe a millimeter (less than 1/16"), but thankfully has plastic sheeting to protect BOTH sides from scuffs during the manufacturing & packaging process. Just peel away the sheeting on both sides before using. Personally I like to lay the print and backing board face down on the plexiglass right after removing the sheeting to avoid any static dust from clinging to the plexiglass. Then flip the plexiglass & your print over to remove the sheeting from the other side before laying the frame on top. Then turn everything over and rotate the clips into place and you're done. Plexiglass is the way to go for such frames, especially when shipped, but the only problem with it is that it scuffs easily when cleaning, so you'll want to be gentle and careful when removing any fingerprints or dust. Just about any cloth rubbed against plexiglass (even microfiber or silk) will leave faint scuffs and scratches. This can't be helped, it's just the nature of the material, as opposed to glass. Overall, if you're looking for an affordable frame that's made well and easy to install, this is a good product.

Needed a set of 3 frames for some canvas prints. Took a chance on ordering these as I didn’t know what to expect for the price, but was extremely impressed with these, I wanted a darker color and so ordered the grey The frames were very well packed, the color is a nice matte finish and shade, and although the plexiglass is thin, they were sturdy enough for my use. Using the frames was very simple and I had all three prints framed in a few minutes. Would certainly buy again and would recommend this product

For a pack of three in such a large size, this was an awesome deal. They’re not high end frames by any means. Very light and the wood is fragile. They are aesthetically nice. They’re not glass which is okay. There was minor damage upon opening but not anything drastic. I bought these in charcoal grey size 20 by 28. I’m pleased for the price and I also bought at a discount.
